Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a well-established family-owned company. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Vice President of Operations opportunity. The Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee production and processing operations activities throughout the entire organization ensuring development, growth, and sustainability.
Position: Vice President of Operations
Location: New Oxford, PA
Duties:
Presents weekly performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the total organization's production and processing.
Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and farms are in line with the organization's business plan and vision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required
Minimum of 8 years of operations experience
Minimum of 3 years of poultry experience
