VP of Operations (4089)

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a VP of Operations to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $100-$150K (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service or hospitality industry, with a track record of operational excellence and team management.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows from production to customer service.
• Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the experience for our customers.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate and integrate all major operating functions of the business to ensure alignment towards achieving our goals.
• Quickly address operational issues and challenges as they arise, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Handle conflicts and disagreements within the team or with customers professionally and effectively.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
