Please join us if you consider yourself a person of integrity, a hard-working team player who is eager to continually grow and learn.RESPONSIBILITIES:Set appropriate marketing budgets and report up ROAS and CAC on selected campaigns.Leverage our 3rd party delivery platforms to drive sales utilizing promotions, effective campaigns, and analyze the efforts appropriately.Explore and implement new technologies to improve efficiencies within the department as well as help drive sales, data analysis, etc.Operationalize marketing strategy by aligning the organization against articulated objectives, streamline and improve processes for effective collaboration, and identify gaps in systems.Work closely with all marketing functions to operationalize, automate, and optimize projects and campaigns.Oversee and enhance our customer loyalty program to drive sales and frequency.Maintain and improve revenue-critical systems and infrastructure, including database optimization, marketing technology infrastructure, and conducting analyses to inform strategies that move customers through the purchase funnel.Oversee SEO strategy to improve the brand's visibility in search engine results.Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and optimize for conversion.Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.8+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns.Excellent leadership and team-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.BENEFITS:Health & Wellness - Medical, Dental & VisionPTODiscounted MealsGrowth Opportunities
