VP OF MARKETING

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to lead and oversee our Marketing department. This role is critical in shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals and drive substantial growth. The VP of Marketing will be a critical part of our Senior Leadership Team and manage an engaged team.

AnnieMac’s marketing team is accountable for providing best in class marketing tools, content, and strategic partnership to our sales teams. Our VP will lead the charge in ensuring we have the right marketing capabilities now and in the future. The VP of Marketing will collaborate with the CMO to develop long-term strategies and plans, while also engaging with the team on day-to-day activities and providing strategic support to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilites

Strategic Leadership:

• Communicate marketing’s role and vision across the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop strong and relevant marketing plans and tools.
• Set and review both short-term and long-term goals for the marketing team.
• Oversee the marketing department’s budget and allocate resources effectively.
  
  

Team Management

• Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Provide leadership in marketing technology, product communications, and sales initiatives.
• Encourage coaching, mentoring, and professional development within the team.
  
  

Marketing Execution

• Design, develop, and execute innovative marketing campaigns, content, and product launches.
• Ensure best in class development and support of marketing technology platforms.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product team, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with external partners to enhance brand positioning.
• Lead efforts to optimize our sales team’s experiences and drive engagement throughout the organization.
  
  

Analytical Focus

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and improve overall marketing performance.
  
  

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience or at least 5 years in a leadership.
• Proven track record in mortgage banking, particularly within a retail sales model.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing successful marketing support models including tools and frameworks to support sales teams.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
