Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our Investor Relations and Treasury department as the Vice President of Investor Relations. This role will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with investors, analysts, and the financial community. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's investor relations strategy, optimizing capital structure, managing financial risks, and supporting the company's financial growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with investors, analysts, and the financial community to provide accurate and timely information about the company's performance, financial results, and business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze financial markets, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize the company's capital structure, debt financing, and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage foreign exchange exposures and interest rate risks
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial performance, trends, and variances.
  • Conduct benchmarking and industry analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Education and Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in investor relations, treasury management, and financial analysis, preferably in a publicly traded company or relevant financial institution
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investor relations best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and senior management.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • US Military Veteran is a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements

This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Light to moderate lifting is required
  • Ability to uphold the stress of traveling
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
