Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
RealRepp is national recruiting firm who is partnering with a company who is currently seeking to hire a VP of Human Resources.

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Talent Acquisition and Performance Management
  • Employee Engagement and Relations
  • Compensation and Benefits.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • HR Operations and Technology


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of progressive HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
