Your Role as VP of Finance & Transformation for North America
Responsibilities
As the VP of Finance & Transformation for North America, you'll lead strategic planning, forecasting, and transformation initiatives with these key responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning: Implement strategic business plans, annual budgeting, and consolidated analytics to keep us ahead of the curve.
Transformation Leadership: Drive transformative finance agendas that enhance profitability and innovation across the organization.
Collaborative Leadership: Foster collaboration with stakeholders, senior executives, cross-functional teams, and global partners to drive success.
Qualifications We're Looking For
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting; Master's Degree preferred. CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles within corporate Finance or Accounting functions, ideally in multinational organizations. Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or FMCGs is advantageous.
Skills & Traits: Bring a blend of analytical prowess, strategic vision, and inspirational leadership to the table. Thrive in ambiguity, embracing new technologies and opportunities for growth.
