Key Responsibilities:

As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership to support the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO and other cross-functional teams to drive value creation and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's growth goals and market trends.

Investment Evaluation: Lead the assessment of potential investment opportunities, conducting in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and deal valuations to support informed decision-making.

Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that enhance the company's competitive position and expand its market presence.

Market Analysis & Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Leverage market research and data analysis to inform investment strategies and recommendations.

Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to a team of financial analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry partners, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare comprehensive investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior management and board of directors, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.

Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

6+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related roles within the renewable energy or related industries.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial modeling software.
