Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations for all Cresten Properties.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of our facilities
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for commercial maintenance needs.
Manage a team of technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped
Respond to management and tenant requests in a timely manner.
Implement and manage operational procedures.
Budget and performance management.
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in facilities operational management
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
