Our client is a leading conservative-leaning political fundraising company. They are looking for their first exec hire in data to lead their growing team of data scientists.
Job Description:
As the Head of Data, you will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy and ensuring that our client makes data-informed decisions to support conservative causes. You will work with a dedicated team to analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in large volumes of raw data, to optimize fundraising efforts and maximize our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python/R to extract insights from our data.
Work with big data to analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to drive data decisions.
Leverage Microsoft Azure Data Stack, including Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
Implement workflow automation, mail enrichment activities, and external data connections, including CASS certification for presort postage discounts, NCOA processing, Track n Trace, BCC Ignite/Redpoint, and BCC Manager.
Adapt and learn HSP Direct custom tool sets, such as Audience Builder, NLS, SD360, ESUN, and Workflow.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis, open to any industry field.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Stack or equivalent technologies.
Knowledge of workflow automation and data optimization techniques.
Familiarity with CASS certification and NCOA processing.
Ability to learn and adapt to custom tool sets used by HSP Direct.
