VP of Creative

KULE is seeking a highly creative and innovative VP of Creative to lead the development and execution of our brand's digital, store, and print creative strategy. As the VP of Creative, you will work closely with our marketing, merchandising, and product teams to bring our brand to life across various digital platforms and channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive and compelling digital creative strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business goals
  • Overseeing the creation of all assets, including website design, paid social, email campaigns, print, store signage, and more
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Supporting the creative direction for photoshoots and video production, including concept development, art direction, and post-production editing
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience to continuously optimize our digital creative efforts
  • Managing a team of designers and copy, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital creative roles, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital creative campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent visual and conceptual thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
  • Has a love for stripes (optional but preferred!)
