Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of account managers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client retention and expansion goals.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and proactively addressing their needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior account management or a related leadership role.

Strong business acumen with a history of driving revenue growth and client retention.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, showing initiative and adaptability.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
