Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Commercial Real Estate loan underwriting requirements and procedures to effectively manage financing pipelines.
• Research and reach out to traditional financing partners such as banks and credit unions to establish and nurture relationships.
• Engage with capital lending groups to explore financing opportunities.
• Read and comprehend lease agreements to ensure alignment with financing objectives.
• Shepherd loans throughout the initial phases to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate loan underwriting requirements and procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend lease agreements.
• Proven experience in managing financing pipelines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
