Ongoing Monitoring

  • Quarterly investment updates.
  • Manager reviews and risk assessments.
  • Portfolio performance analysis.
  • Compliance monitoring.


Planning And Portfolio Management

  • Cash flow projection modeling.
  • Portfolio allocation and construction.
  • Onboarding new managers.
  • Report design and maintenance.


Strategy And Due Diligence

  • Research new asset classes.
  • Manage pipeline development.
  • Evaluate co-investments and transactions.
  • Prepare investment recommendations.


Experience

  • 10-15 years in institutional investment.
  • Expertise in alternatives and non-core assets.
  • Strong presentation and proposal skills.
  • CFA and/or CAIA designations preferred.
