Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the flow of financial and other information among an independent corporation, its shareholders, and the financial investing community. May be responsible for making presentations to the financial community and investors, and develops strategies and implements programs to keep the financial community current on company performance and industry trends. Participates in the preparation of communications to shareholders to best present the company’s strategies and plans to the market.

Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as primary point of contact for investment community.
• Lead preparation for investor events, including quarterly earnings conference call and investor meetings.
• Closely monitor industry news and updates from competitors that may impact investor perceptions.
• Develops and implements strategies to maintain and expand shareholder base.
• Collaborates across departments to draft internal and external messages regarding company performance and objectives.
• Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department in collaboration with senior management.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience
• 10+ years of investor relations or related experience
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of internal organization and when communicating externally
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments is required
• Ability to execute independently in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information
• Solid skills with Microsoft Applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  
  

• Education/Licensure:
• Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)
  

Location:

Remote - TN

Pay Range:

$220,400.00 - $275,400.00

Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
