What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of mid/junior research professionals.
• Manage deals from initial research to completion and signing.
• Synthesize qualitative information into quantitative output.
• Work with internal and external consultants on deal diligence.
• Collaborate with legal teams on contracts and intellectual property.
• Present risk/reward assessments to the Investment Committee and Board.
  
  

About You:

• Hold an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or relevant work experience.
• An advanced financial or scientific degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBA, CFA designation) would be considered an asset but not critical
• Possess strong financial, analytical, and product valuation skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong science and technology acumen with an understanding of drug development.
• Broad network in the investment and biopharmaceutical industries.
