Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Vice President (VP) to lead our Private Equity division with a specific focus on restructuring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in private equity, with deep expertise in restructuring and emerging tech trends. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our restructuring investment strategy and driving portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy focused on technology sectors, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential investments.
• Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities to inform investment decisions.

Due Diligence and Deal Execution:

• Lead due diligence efforts for potential technology investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with the investment team to structure and negotiate investment transactions.

Portfolio Management:

• Actively manage and monitor technology investments within the portfolio, working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth, operational improvements, and value creation.
• Participate in board meetings and provide strategic guidance to portfolio company leadership.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and manage a team of professionals within the Private Equity division.
