Overview

The VP, Head of Creative Services and Production at Global Atlantic, is responsible for spearheading the creative vision, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the alignment of all creative efforts with the company’s strategic objectives and brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational skills to drive the creative department’s success.

Key Responsibilities: Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Vision:
  • Develop and articulate a compelling creative vision and strategy that aligns with the Global Atlantic mission, values, and business goals.
  • Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives, including designers, writers, art directors, and production staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Act as a thought leader in the industry, staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in both the financial services sector and the creative industry.
  • Creative Strategy and Execution:
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales materials, creative campaigns, and corporate and internal communications across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Individual Markets and Institutional business partners to translate business objectives into creative strategies that effectively communicate the brand message and engage Global Atlantic’s various target audiences.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, consistent in quality, and meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Video Production Management:
  • Lead the video production team in managing the end-to-end creative production process, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Implement efficient workflows, processes, and tools that optimize productivity and facilitate seamless collaboration within the team and with external partners.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and freelancers, ensuring they meet the organization’s standards and project requirements.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, communications, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for creative initiatives.
  • Represent the creative team in cross-functional meetings, contributing to broader Global Atlantic initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Team Development and Culture:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier creative and production talent, fostering a team environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the creative department, ensuring all team members feel valued and empowered.
  • Implement ongoing training and development programs to keep the team’s skills current and competitive.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 15 years in a senior creative leadership role, ideally within a financial services or similar industry.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale creative projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies.
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
    • Proficiency in creative tools and software, with a solid understanding of digital and traditional media production processes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Various jurisdictions have passed pay transparency laws that require companies provide salary ranges for any positions for which they are accepting applications. Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City. The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office.

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.

The base salary range for this role is

$144,000 — $276,000 USD

Global Atlantic reserves the right to modify the qualifications and requirements for this position to accommodate business needs and regulatory changes. Future adjustments may include obtaining specific licenses or certifications to comply with operational needs and conform to applicable industry-specific regulatory requirements, state and federal laws.
