ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As the Vice President, Global People Operations, you will lead and inspire a high-performing global people operations team and ensure operational excellence for the people function. From competitive rewards and benefits to intuitive, reliable and automated people processes, we are focused on motivating and enabling high performing teams to deliver business results. In support of TKWW’s global expansion and scale, this role and team will review key processes, establish global norms, differentiate for regional and local requirements and create programs to attract, retain and support our employees. The VP, Global People Operations leader is a vital member of our People Leadership team and will report to the Chief People Officer.

This role will oversee the total rewards, people operations, people compliance, process management, employee services, people analytics and workplace functions. You will strategically partner with leaders within the Executive, Enterprise, Legal and Finance teams to optimize processes, drive operational performance, and enhance the overall employee experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and scale four global key functional teams with the People Team including Total Rewards (compensation & benefits), People Operations, People Analytics and Workplace.
  • Drive the strategic evolution and execution of our Total Rewards program (global compensation, benefits, and wellness) in line with TKWW’s strategy, culture, and values to include: philosophy, job evaluation and salary surveys, salary and incentive structures, pay budgets, and benefits analysis
  • Develop and lead, in partnership with Enterprise, a people technology strategy that aligns with the business strategy and talent goals
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks
  • You will collaborate with the People Advisory/ Development and Talent Acquisition teams to further advance the TKWW talent strategy
  • Be a trusted and strategic business partner and thought leader to the Executive Staff team and leaders at all levels
  • Partner with executives in creating plans to attract, develop, retain, and integrate talent to support the overall business strategy
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization strategic goals, product and service offerings, revenue models, and key initiatives
  • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights and proactively convert these insights into recommendations.
  • Provide thought leadership related to continued pay transparency regulations and market requirements
  • Leverage your team’s strengths and create team practices that drive collaboration in order to maximize engagement, a sense of belonging, and performance.


SUCCESSFUL VP, GLOBAL PEOPLE OPERATIONS CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a focus on total rewards and operations in a high growth technology or marketplace business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Experience working for a high-growth, commercial technology global company, leading both US and international HR teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in transformational change management particularly in total rewards
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends, including incentive design, equity compensation, and executive pay.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and administering employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement savings plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in people analytics to drive insights, with an understanding where the data comes from and how to optimize systems to support data collection and analysis
  • Strong people analytical skill set with an ability to create metrics and dashboards to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • A history of managing, leading, and evolving high-performing people-first organizations through rapid growth; including solid people management and leadership experience
  • Broad experience leading with high complexity environments, dealing with ambiguity and used to define, design and implement processes, policies and methodology in constantly changing situations
  • An impeccable attention to detail, a supreme standard of output, and demonstrated ability to communicate proactively and with purpose
  • Highest levels of empathy and compassion in your leadership approach
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond to issues as they arise
  • Proactive willingness to identify a problem, find a solution, and see it through to implementation from start to finish with full ownership of the process
