As the VP, Finance & Strategy, you will be a key leader in shaping the financial direction, strategic initiatives, and revenue growth strategies of the platform ecosystem. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy and Operations, you will lead a team responsible for financial planning and analysis, strategic decision-making, business development, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our platform.
Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the platform's growth objectives and market dynamics.
Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the platform business.
Lead investment analysis, ROI evaluations, and capital allocation strategies for platform expansion.
Strategic Planning, Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute platform growth strategies.
Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances to expand the platform's reach.
Develop and refine business models to optimize platform monetization and scalability.
Drive initiatives to increase platform adoption, user engagement, and customer retention.
Implement pricing strategies, revenue models, and value-added services to maximize monetization.
About you:
8+ years within the corporate or FinTech world with a strong focus on finance/strategy.
Proven experience (7+ years) in finance, strategy, business development, or related roles within the platform, tech, or digital industries.
Deep understanding of platform business models, ecosystem dynamics, and marketplace trends.
Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful financial, strategic, and revenue growth plans for platforms.
Ideally West Coast, NYC, Boston, or Atlanta.
