SkillStorm is seeking a Practice Leader for our ERP portfolio to oversee and manage all efforts to expand Government channel sales with our system integrator partners and small business clients specifically in the major platforms and ERPs we are partnered with or look to partner with in the future. We are looking for an individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, to build, drive, and expand SkillStorm’s government (State and Federal) ERP customer ecosystem.


SkillStorm’s TechForce by Design division is focused on solving the challenges caused by the lack of supply of software engineers in the United States, while at the same time focused on underemployment. We collaborate with our customers to understand their strategic initiatives quarter by quarter and to collaboratively forecast specific roles and technology skillsets required to achieve the completion of those initiatives.


What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be essential in connecting and collaborating with our current and future customers. You will be the executive level contact for these companies, and responsible for selling our Techforce by design model directly to our large integrator clients and niche businesses in the community. You will be responsible for obtaining leads to specific agency opportunities within large integrator partners/customers and qualifying those opportunities in order to transition them to the appropriate Agency lead within SkillStorm, in addition to owning the responsibilities related to a specific Agency as well.

· Create business plans with key stakeholders and ensure goals are being defined and met.


· Identify and recruit new niche federal system integrators specific to the technology area, and drive business development activities.


· Understand and validate customer-specific project expansion needs and recommend innovative solutions.


· Manage and resolve internal and customer escalations.


· Manage your sales pipeline and activity with sales management tools.


· Be accountable for all sales growth for platform or ERP software customers.


· Generate weekly forecasting reports directly out of our CRM.


· Executive level status reporting, weekly and monthly.


· Attendance at federal events appropriate to the technology subject matter, to major events sponsored by Skillstorm technology platform partners to high-profile events where Skillstorm may support the event and other events as requested by Skillstorm leadership.

You believe in doing the right thing and put our people and clients first.


You’ll need to have:


· 7+ years enterprise solution sales experience, technology partnership experience or system integrator experience with ERPs in the Federal space.


· Good understanding of software implementations and professional services in the federal marketplace


· Great communication skills


· Experience giving presentations and/or public speaking


· Prior experience working with federal system integrators, and large-scale software companies is preferred


· Prior experiences with key communities of interaction noted herein is preferred


· Facility with Microsoft Office products




Additional preference for:


· A background in technology or experience with platforms and ERPs or partners aligned with SkillStorm.


· Hands-on experiences with developing teaming or partnership business arrangements and/or performance management


· Urgent, precise and engaged in everything that you do


· A self-starter


· Based in the DC Metro, Northern Virginia, or Maryland area (Close to Washington DC) or willing to relocate to this region.




Additional requirement:


· Willingness to travel up to 20%.




Benefits:


Base Salary Range: $130K - $175K

Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE): $255k - $350k
