How You'll Make An Impact

As the VP of Expand Enterprise, you will be responsible for leading best-in-class sales strategies to drive sales into Boomi’s existing Enterprise Customers across the Americas, while managing all facets of the customer buying experience. This role will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion for enterprise customers. The role will focus on increasing Boomi’s product revenue and sales footprint, cross-selling additional products, and managing senior-level relationships across Boomi's current Enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the entire North America expand enterprise sales organization, inclusive of 3 leaders and 22+ account executives
  • Direct the efforts of sales makers in the achievement of the operational objectives of the group
  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members in the organization; Motivate and drive team members to exceed sales objectives
  • Understand the market in which Boomi operates, including our business, industry, and competitors, and use that knowledge to plan for the future
  • Lead teams to create a superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs while removing barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group
  • Work with the Global Enterprise leadership team, Marketing and our Channel Team Members to implement and carry out sales plans, campaigns, and strategies to generate net-new and existing customer pipeline and revenue
  • Review sales/pipeline generation results, implement sales strategies and lead sales and product training sessions

The Experience You Bring

  • 10+ years of sales management and leadership experience, with depth and breadth of industry knowledge, market trends, and customer purchasing cycles
  • 10+ years of diversified leadership experience, including planning, communication, organization, and people motivation
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding annual team quotas and performing above targets
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to drive results from both a revenue and profitability perspective
  • Ability to articulate a strategy and vision in an impactful way that encourages and inspires team members to focus their effort and energy on achieving business goals
  • Attract, develop, and retain strong talent. Enhance existing leadership and team member capabilities, and acquire and retain the talent necessary to achieve results that support Boomi’s short and long-term sales objectives

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • IPaaS or Integration technology sales experience

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. OTE compensation for this position ranges from $350,000 - $500,000 USD annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
