THE ROLE

VP eCommerce is responsible for developing and growing Live Nation Merchandise’s eCommerce business through strategic oversight and day to day management of eCommerce systems, staff, external third party resources and solution providers.

What This Role Will Do

• Development and maintenance of enterprise eCommerce platform(s) and functionality that addresses our client’s eCommerce and online marketing needs
• Oversight of staff and third party providers to manage eCommerce operations for 130+ artist stores, including all aspects of store management, product development, marketing, fulfillment and customer service
• Develop and implement innovative marketing and promotional opportunities that will increase sales and establish Live Nation Merchandise as a leader in merchandise eCommerce industry
• Work closely with artist management and Live Nation Merchandise A&R staff to develop meaningful and profitable eCommerce offers and programs
• Provide leadership and vision to eCommerce team to optimize divisional performance, profitability and cash flow
• Identify, evaluate and manage software development and solution providers to enhance our eCommerce capabilities and functionality
• Establish forecasts and budgets for eCommerce division and assist Finance team in evaluating actual results and cost saving opportunities
  
  

What This Person Will Bring

• Strong eCommerce knowledge and experience (minimum 5-7 years)
• Broad knowledge of eCommerce tools, systems and best practices
• Experience dealing with artist and artist management
• Strong problem solving and marketing expertise
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to manage and motivate staff and third party resource providers
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a professional and timely manner
• College degree in accounting or related field
• Strong organization and time management skills

The expected compensation for this position in NYC is:

$220,000.00 USD - $275,000.00 USD

The expected compensation for this position in Westchester is

$220,000.00 USD - $275,000.00 USD
