Challenges You Will Solve
The VP, Demand Generation will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of programs to generate pipeline for new customer acquisition and expansion. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for creating and executing the company’s demand generation strategy, responsible for 50% of the company’s bookings growth each year. Focused on data and results, you will lead your team to achieve targets for MQLs, MQL quality, and Stage 1 opportunities. You'll drive both marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, as well as marketing-sourced revenue. This executive will scale our demand generation function, which involves finding the right mix of field marketing, ABX, paid digital, SEO, social media, gated content, and website performance. You will lead the development of an organic growth marketing strategy, including SEO content, website conversion, and email nurture, to decrease dependence on paid media for demand generation. You will lead all aspects of digital marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations.

What You'll Do
- Deliver quality marketing-sourced pipeline to meet quarterly and annual goals, achieving KPIs set for pipeline generation and bookings
- Lead all demand generation channels to drive results, measuring the effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend across all paid and organic channels
- Track and continuously analyze channel performance, uncover insights, and present results to guide data-driven decisions
- Build a scalable demand generation function that drives predictable pipeline results by leading a high-performing team of specialists
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize MQL generation and improve early-stage sales conversions
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level and peer stakeholders across sales, customer success, channels & alliances, and other marketing leaders to facilitate seamless cross-functional coordination and quality pipeline generation
- Own the development and implementation of marketing processes, technology, and data strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing organization
- 10 - 15 years of Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS technology company
- Expert in developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand generation programs and campaigns across multiple channels
- Deep understanding of paid and organic digital marketing channels, field marketing, and ABX, and skilled at creating and optimizing content to drive results
- Demonstrated analytical experience, particularly in program measurement and return on investment, along with strong program execution skills
- Highly motivated, detail oriented and a self starter with vision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities
- A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization skills
- Prior experience leading a 20+ person demand generation team and supporting company objectives through growth marketing initiatives that result in quality pipeline and revenue growth
- Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and trust between marketing, sales, operations, and finance
