Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Corporate Controller to bring an infusion of positive energy and strategic thinking to our Accounting Department. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all areas of accounting, ranging from revenue recognition, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and more. If you are a seasoned finance professional who thrives and revels in driving change, exploring the nuances of Netsuite, and pushing for process improvements, you just might be our ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish, implement and maintain the company's financial processes and systems.
2. Supervise and collaborate with a small team of accounting professionals, nurturing a collaborative and innovative work environment.
3. Oversee all aspects of accounting, including revenue recognition, general ledger management, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
4. Drive process improvements and initiate strategic changes to automate and strengthen the accuracy and efficiency of financial reports.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
6. Monitor company financial performance, conducting detailed analyses as required.
7. Prepare and present financial and business-related reports to the CEO and board of directors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
2. CPA/MBA or relevant qualification is preferred.
3. Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a professional services or other similar environment.
4. Highly adept with Netsuite and other financial management software.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent in written and verbal communication.
