What You'll Do:
- Develop & Maintain Portfolios: Build and manage a portfolio of commercial credits throughout the greater Green Bay area.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers and professionals to establish new relationships and expand our client base.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and collaborate with Credit Analysts to assess individual, partnership, and corporate clients.
- On-Site Visits: Conduct effective on-site visits to develop new business, verify collateral, and evaluate existing credits.
- Loan Presentations: Prepare and present accurate Loan Committee presentations confidently and promptly.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
- Credit Servicing: Maintain portfolio integrity and quality, addressing any adverse credit situations promptly.
- Collaboration: Work with senior management on risk rating analysis and annual reviews, and support staff on loan preparation and customer contact.

What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A 4-year degree in a related field and 4 years of direct commercial or business lending experience.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Attributes: A proactive approach, excellent multi-tasking ability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
