Role Overview

Join us as a Vice President, Advertising & National Accounts, where you'll drive revenue and elevate customer experiences for our managed properties. Your role will involve securing partnerships for out-of-home media placements, brand activations, events, sponsorships, and national account pop-up leasing initiatives.

What You'll Do

Revenue Generation & Business Development

Identify and secure new opportunities through proactive outreach, attending industry events, and building relationships with media companies, agencies, and retail brands.

Manage existing partnerships to maximize revenue from national accounts and short-term agreements.

Develop client-specific solutions aligned with advertising objectives, ensuring effective communication of media benefits in commercial real estate settings.

Financial Performance

Meet annual financial goals, provide accurate financial reporting, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Oversee accounts receivable for national accounts to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Management & Operations

Collaborate closely with property management teams to achieve new business goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Utilize digital platforms for effective internal communication and resource management.

Client Relationships

Devise tailored service strategies for each client, fostering strong connections to position us as their preferred partner.

Achieve revenue targets set by clients, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Additional Responsibilities

Execute national advertising and media initiatives, coordinate multi-center business opportunities, and support new business requests.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.

3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in agency or commercial real estate settings.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.

Ability to travel up to 20-30% as needed.

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently or within a team.
