We are partnering with a global, PE backed company with revenues north of $700M to help them find a VP Accounting. They operate in a highly acquisitive and entrepreneurial environment where you’ll collaborate with the C-Suite and have the ability to transform/advance the accounting function. They are located in the heart of the city in a beautiful space and operate in a hybrid environment.

This role is best suited for someone excited to enhance and scale processes, lead M&A accounting and oversee the entire accounting function. Reporting directly to a dynamic and collaborative CFO, you’ll be involved in the strategy and have direct exposure to the PE sponsor. Responsibilities Desired Skills And Experience

• 15+ years' experience with public accounting foundation and CPA
• Strong M&A (purchase accounting) experience
• Track record of building teams, processes and implementing ERP system
• International exposure
