How We Operate

[P1] works by selecting positive-impact nonprofit and open source game projects worthy of community support and then collaborates with volunteers to organize the volunteer workforce needed to complete such games.


Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for an Associate Game Producer at [P1] Games. The Associate Game Producer will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of game development projects.


Responsibilities

As a volunteer Associate Game Producer, you have the flexibility to choose your own hours and set your own deadlines. Since we are a volunteer organization, you may choose the responsibilities you feel confident in at any given time:


- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of game development tasks.

- Coordinating communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

- Helping to manage project timelines and milestones to keep development on track.

- Supporting the lead producer in administrative tasks and project management.

- Assisting in quality assurance testing and gathering feedback for improvements.

- Helping to resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
