As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will join our Data Enrichment team to support our clients with data enrichment tasks. You will uphold a high standard of work quality and contribute to our quality control processes.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Verify information from third-party entities using online databases.
Complete Enrichment Tasks as per client instructions and training.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with high quality.
Be open to additional duties as needed by the team.

Qualifications
Willingness to work in both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in a call center, inside sales, or related customer service fields is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available for 40 hours per week immediately.
Adaptability and flexibility in handling process and information changes.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Able to support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Proficient with computers; familiarity with software applications is preferred.
