Job Description

As a Visual Merchandising Manager at COS, you'll play a pivotal role in curating an excellent customer journey within our store. Your creative expertise will shine as you lead a fantastic team of Visual Merchandisers, working collaboratively with the Store Manager to orchestrate visually stunning displays that enhance the overall shopping experience. Together in collaboration with the Store Team, you'll create genuine, personalized, and inspiring moments, ensuring every visit is both welcoming and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering customers, a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience 
  • Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store  
  • Installing window displays 
  • Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins  
  • Merchandising stock on the shop floor 
  • Support the sales staff with store operations  
  • Set the visual merchandising standard for the store and train other managers and staff  
  • Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers. 


Qualifications

To be successful in the role a Visual Merchandising Manager, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset, where you are flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs. We also believe you can take initiative independently, quickly and effectively address business needs. In addition, you are communicative and socially confident, fostering a positive interaction with colleagues and customers.

What you need to Succeed:

  • Approximately 1 year experience as a visual merchandiser or visual assistant  
  • Good communication skills 
  • Customer-focused & Good commercial abilities. 
  • Self-motivated, adaptable & positive 
  • A genuine interest in others 
  • Open to learn about and sell our products. 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills 
  • Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, and competitors.  
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and evenings when required. 


Compensation: $25.40-$28.57

Additional Information

This is a Full-Time position offering 32-40 hours a week.
