Position Overview
You'll have the opportunity to provide virtual tutoring services to elementary, middle, or high school students across a range of math and ELA subjects. Join a supportive team and help students achieve their academic goals from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in 1:1 or small group settings
Create a safe, engaging, and interactive virtual learning environment
Utilize provided curriculum and resources to deliver clear instruction
Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
Administer assessments according to predetermined schedules
Maintain professional communication with the Tutor Ops Team
Requirements
Valid Michigan teaching license with an NS Endorsement
Residency and work authorization in the U.S.
Access to a computer, microphone, camera, and reliable internet
Ability to pass a federal background check
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools
Prior online tutoring experience is a plus
Bilingual abilities are welcomed
Compensation And Benefits
W-2 part-time employment
$35 per hour for tutoring sessions; $20 per hour for prep/admin time
Flexible scheduling with no guaranteed minimum hours
