Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for travel-related inquiries, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, travel vendors, and internal team members
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and activity plans, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
  • Logistical Support: Assist with logistical arrangements such as visa applications, travel insurance, and health requirements, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Budget Management: Monitor travel budgets and expenses, negotiating deals and discounts with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize travel documentation, including passports, visas, tickets, and insurance policies, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve travel-related issues or challenges, such as flight delays or cancellations, to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth travel experiences
