Currently, we're seeking a passionate Member Advisor to join our Virtual Branch (Call/Contact Center) team. As a Member Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with our members, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their financial needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with members over the phone, utilizing our Service Enablers to provide support and assistance.
Recommend tailored financial products and services to meet the unique needs of each member.
Manage member accounts, including opening new accounts and processing transactions.
Handle consumer loan applications in accordance with lending policies and guidelines.
Manage credit and debit card processes efficiently.
Provide technical support and guidance on member services technology.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate requests for investments, mortgages, business loans, and insurance.
Contribute to special projects and assist with other tasks as required.
Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in technical support, sales, customer service, and banking within a Credit Union or Banking institution.
Proficiency in consumer loan application processing and account opening procedures.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
