Job Overview
Are you passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment? We're seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our team and lead live lessons, nurture student growth, and foster a positive learning culture. While this position primarily involves online instruction, occasional in-person attendance for state testing and student events will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary instructor, ensuring student achievement and fostering a positive classroom culture
Deliver effective live lessons tailored to student needs, utilizing research-based instructional methods
Set up courses within the Learning Management System and monitor student progress daily
Maintain regular communication with students and families to support academic and social-emotional growth
Collaborate with colleagues to create progress reports and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse student needs and integrate 21st-century technology skills into teaching practices
Participate in school-wide activities, including social events and field trips, both virtually and in-person as needed
Requirements
Valid Missouri teaching license in the relevant content area
Familiarity with State and Common Core Standards
Preferred Two Years Of Teaching Experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and coaching
