Roles And Responsibilities
As an Instructional Consultant, you will:
Support a caseload of K-12 schools, acting as a liaison between team members, paraprofessionals, behavior technicians, school-level staff, and district personnel.
Conduct on-site observations in K-12 classrooms and instructional settings.
Serve as a subject matter expert on national and local special education standards, including IEP implementation, federal and state compliance, and documentation timeframes.
Mentor paraprofessionals and behavior technicians, providing direction, support, and encouragement in 1:1 and small group settings.
Complete required documentation for school visits and collaborate with supervisors on school-specific changes.
Provide effective solutions to behavioral or educational challenges during student instruction, adhering to best practices.
Foster collaboration among teams (Business Development, Recruiting, Curriculum, Logistics, and Accounting) and clients (district partners and leaders).
Maintain positive relationships with school administration and staff, attending client meetings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education And Work Experience
Qualified Applicants Must:
Hold at least a bachelor's degree.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of classroom experience as a licensed special education teacher in K-12 settings.
Be available to work a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
