Job Description

Execute digital events to promote Oracle products & services.

Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities

Assist marketing teams and other stakeholders with execution of Oracle hosted digital events. Collaborate closely with Oracle Global and Field Marketing teams, and other stakeholders, to manage event project milestones within established timelines, providing best practice guidance and process training as need. Provide hands on event setup and asset build out in marketing automation tools, publish and promote events, track results throughout the execution phase, and provide post event performance analysis and future optimization recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage execution of multiple digital events per month within established timelines
  • Leverage internal tools to create efficiencies and streamline execution across event and marketing teams, and stakeholders
  • Setup events, build registration landing pages and email assets, provide AB testing support, schedule and confirm event and promotion launch, provide webinar tool training, provide simulive recording and editing support, run live and simulive events, manage on-demand conversion and post-event follow-up
  • Learn, evolve, and provide best practice guidance
  • Learn and provide training as needed to ensure adherence to Oracle Compliance and process requirements
  • Track, analyze and report on performance across event KPIs
  • Provide event optimization guidance
  • Other projects as assigned


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications and 1+ years experience
  • Proven project management skills individually and across teams
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment with excellent time management skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • Sensible problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, influence outcomes, adjust to unique and evolving situations, and drive creative solutions
  • Maintain highly professional interactions within and across teams
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability tailor messages for key stakeholders and/or positions
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to learn and organize large amounts of information
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and comfortable using marketing automation and collaboration tools
  • Bonus is experience using Zoom for webinars or other webinars tools, using Eloqua or other Marketing automation tools, using Wrike or other project management tools, using Camtasia or other video editing tools

US: Hiring Range: from $21.92 - $42.93 per hour; from $45,600 - $89,300 per year. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
