What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Supervise a remote team utilizing various technologies to support a Call Center environment
• Lead and manage in a metrics-driven environment
• Resolve customer escalations and document account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Coach teams on logical problem-solving and good judgment for the appropriate customer outcome

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Home location within a 15-mile radius of a specified location
• High School diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 2 years customer interaction or support experience
• 3+ years working in a call center position with certification or training
• Proficiency in basic computer functions and Windows-based environment

• 5+ years of management experience; demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams
