- Lead and manage in a metrics-driven environment
- Resolve customer escalations and document account activities thoroughly and concisely
- Coach teams on logical problem-solving and good judgment for the appropriate customer outcome
- Make final decisions on behalf of customers quickly and effectively when required
- Home location within a 15-mile radius of a specified location
- High School diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 2 years customer interaction or support experience
- 3+ years working in a call center position with certification or training
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and Windows-based environment
- 5+ years of management experience; demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams
