Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct appointments with members via phone to discuss benefit plans.
Assist members in enrolling into suitable benefit plans, answering any questions they may have.
Complete insurance and underwriting applications accurately and efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and benefit offerings through workshops and continuing education programs.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a must.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work remotely with your own laptop, smartphone, and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
Must pass a background check.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident in GA, NJ, NY, or MS.
