As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding members through their insurance benefit plans, all from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct appointments with members via phone to discuss benefit plans.
  • Assist members in enrolling into suitable benefit plans, answering any questions they may have.
  • Complete insurance and underwriting applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and benefit offerings through workshops and continuing education programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A growth mindset and a dedication to self-improvement.
  • Ability to work remotely with your own laptop, smartphone, and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident in GA, NJ, NY, or MS.
