Administrative Support:
Manage emails and schedule appointments.
Assist with contracts, quotes, and financial records.
Organize data and follow-up using our systems.
Content And Communication
Create engaging posts across platforms.
Connect with new contacts on LinkedIn.
Vendor Management
Research and nurture vendor relationships.
Assist with procurement tasks as needed.
Project Assistance
Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives.
Help organize team events and client engagements.
Leadership Support
Keep our leaders organized and informed.
Foster clear communication within our team and with external partners.
Experience
What You Need:
Skills
Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Personal Attributes
Positive attitude and eager to contribute.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Willingness to take on new challenges.
