Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars and appointments.
Organize and maintain email communications.
Assist in preparing presentations and spreadsheets.
Handle social media management tasks.
Develop and implement workflows and processes.
Research and recommend technological tools.
Administer CRM systems, updating data as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and reservations.
Assist with project coordination and event planning.
Support with personal tasks as required.
