Videographer & Content Creator

We are looking for a Videographer / Editor / Content Producer to join our team to build our Health & Wellness studio into a nationally recognized Brand.

RESET Mind & Body offers all the top recovery modalities: Cold Plunge, Hot Tub, Infrared Saunas, and more, and with 4 locations open and many more coming, we are looking to find a world-class creative we can partner with to build this brand from the very early stages.

You will be expected to storyboard scripts, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality and engaging videos for social media platforms and advertising.

As our videographer, you will work directly with our founders and studio managers to storyboard content ideas and shoot/edit videos to be used as branding and marketing pieces.

With the creative nature of this role, you must be someone who is PRO-ACTIVE and actively seeks out new content ideas to create and test.

You must be someone who is self-motivated and executes ideas quickly. If you need someone to tell you what or when to do everything or need a lot of guidance and structure, this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the role for you!

If you aren’t passionate about health & wellness and expanding your skills to become a world-class videographer and photographer, this is NOT the role for you. 

If you prefer a small workload and long turnaround times, this is NOT the role for you. 

If you want to be a part of something great, are extremely hard-working and disciplined, and want to drive strategic creative direction and lead a team around you in the future, this may absolutely be for you. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be strong with the Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X) or comparable programs. 
• Ability to produce videos from start to finish.
• Ability to bring new content ideas to the table, while also being able to execute on feedback from the team.
• Comfortable working in collaborative environments 
• Strong knowledge of film lighting and audio equipment
• Able to work on multiple projects at once
• Experience with color grading
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

HOURS: 

This is a full-time position and we expect you to work a full workweek. Work days can be flexible based on the needs of the business and yours. We do host and attend occasional weekend events which we’d want to be documented, all of which are scheduled and planned ahead of time.

This position will have some flexibility on days and times, and editing from home is an option for increased productivity. Expected to travel to studio locations to capture content, attend events, etc.

The videographer position will be hired in the capacity of an independent contractor for the first 90 days. These first 90 days are a trial period in which we will be working closely together to see if you are a good fit for the team, company culture, and our customers.

Once the trial period is over and we decide to move forward, you will be hired as an employee.
