Videographer

MUST BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON, TX!

We are offering a Part-Time contract employment opportunity for a Videographer in the non-profit Pharm/Biotech industry. This role will involve creating video content for various projects, primarily REMOTE, with potential for occasional in-person projects (Houston Training Facility) and conference travel. The successful candidate will be expected to advise on and utilize necessary video equipment and software.

Responsibilities:

• Creating video content for various projects, including testimonials, educational content, and social media content

• Advising on necessary equipment and software for video creation and editing

• Utilizing video editing software such as Final Cut Pro to produce high-quality content

• Working both remotely and in-person at training facilities as necessary (in HOUSTON)

• Collaborating with the content team to ensure video content aligns with overall content strategy

• Incorporating elements of social media and podcasting into video content as appropriate

• Traveling for specific events or projects as required

• Reporting to the Director of Content on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Videographer role or similar

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite

• Demonstrated skills in Filming and Videography

• Experience in Video Editing

• Ability to create Video Content tailored to various platforms

• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and their video specifications

• Experience in producing Podcasts is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
