Videographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our client’s vision and goals. The videographer will work closely with our marketing, design and content teams to create engaging and visually appealing videos that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure videos are on-brand, visually compelling and meet project objectives.

Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Add graphics, animations and effects to enhance video content.
• Color correct and grade footage to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest video production tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production.
•  Must be capable of lifting 25-50lbs of gear.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
• Provide creative input and feedback during the video production process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
•  

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

• Full suite editing from unscripted interviews to public safety PSA’s, and documentary style TikToks.
• Ability to transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished videos used to inform, engage, and inspire audiences.
• Fast paced editing focused on quick turnarounds and organized projects.
• Familiar with converting projects from 16x9 to 1x1 to 9x16 for posting across all social platforms.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience/knowledge of 2D graphic animation, including animating logos, lower thirds and informational graphics.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on both Windows and Mac machines.
• Experience improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage.
• Ability to create rough and final cuts, while consulting with stakeholders from production through post-production process.
• Ability to film quick pick up shots in a pinch is a bonus.
