Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute high-quality recordings of content for patient stories, external, promotional, training, marketing, and other campaigns as assigned.
  • Set a high standard for technical and aesthetic integrity in all recorded and post-produced material. Create content of exceptional quality.
  • Demonstrate an effective understanding of audio recording standards to achieve technical and aesthetic integrity in all material.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and other post-production tools to complete video projects that meet company, content-owner and strategic objectives for all creative output.
  • Abide by media acquisition, management, and archival requirements for all content as required by global SOP for content creation and file retention.
  • Provide support for studio and other live programs as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the global video production team to ensure the timely completion of projects and most effective use of global resources to meet content creation objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of content creation in a professional environment.
  • Proficient in the operation of professional video camera systems, lenses, and video recording processes.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of DSLR, Canon, and Blackmagic Design cameras preferred.
  • Proficiency editing, color-grading, mastering audio, and rendering media from non-linear editing systems including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere and other programs as required.
  • An ability to seamlessly manage multiple projects, for multiple partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective player on a fast-paced team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a surgery and laboratory setting required
  • Ability to share a demo reel showcasing experience is required

This role is based in Danvers, MA and will require up to 25% travel.
