Job Description

We are hiring for a technology company with a public safety mission. Through relentless innovation and discovery, they are strengthening trust, safety and transparency across the student transportation space and making the trip to and from school safer for students.

The Video Reviewer technician (VRT) supports the processing of retrieving, viewing and providing video files from our client’s camera and communication equipment on customer fleets. They will maintain high quality standards. VRT will process requests for video retrieval and access through defined operating procedures. This is a temporary contract role that should last a minimum of 6 months with potential for extension.

Candidates must reside in the United States (Remote)



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Processing Requests for Video from internal and external users
  • Processing Requests for Service for the Stop-Arm Program
  • Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Familiarize end users with essential software, hardware and peripheral device operation
  • Responsible for tacking hardware and software inventory
  • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

Qualifications

· High School/GED required

  • ​Minimum of 2 years in a (Remote Support Role) helpdesk experience preferred:

    • Strong Writing and Communication Skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills in a multi-tasking, fast paced, and complex work environment

    Work Environment

    • Must be willing to work flexible shifts with a start as early as 6am EST
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
    • Salary range is $20.00-25.00/hour plus full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
