We are excited to hire a Video Operations Intern for the 2024 football season! This position provides video production and presentation support for the Denver Broncos football staff including coaching, pro personnel, and college scouting departments. The Video Operations Intern digitally records and imports all team practices while also learning to maintain and support audio/video hardware and software throughout the building.
Responsibilities Include
Digitally records, compiles, and edits all team practices, workouts, and games for the football staff by:
Assisting the Football Video Operations staff with projects, presentations, and productions.
Assisting with setting up and taking down 8k MastRcam and remote PTZ cameras for all practices and workouts.
Filming and editing practices and workouts with a variety of cameras (handheld, 8k MastRCam, PTZ, pole)
Assisting with daily position meeting room setup.
Learning how to efficiently maintain and organize video assets in Catapult/XOS
Assists with daily/weekly projects from the coaching and personnel staff by:
Organizing college video in our in-house video network.
Working with the pro and college personnel departments to finalize point-of-attack tapes.
Learning to create cutups using Pro Football Focus (PFF) for coaches and staff.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training
1 - 4 years of previous experience with college or professional sports teams
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills & Ability
Familiarity with Catapult (XOS) or DVSport video editing software
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Knowledge in Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or other related multi-media production software
Knowledge of Windows 10 and PC based software
Knowledge of Apple products (iPads, Apple TV)
Basic IT/Computer problem solving skills
Strong creative process, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy
A bility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
Team oriented
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, this position pays $18.29/hour. This position will work 40+ hours a week with overtime starting July 2024 and ending after the 2024 football season. This position will be required to work game days and/or events outside of a normal working hours as needed.
This position will be located at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit in Englewood, CO.
