Description

Use video editing software to create high-quality videos, including motion graphics and visual effects if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for distribution utilising the FIFA Training Centre brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure that the final product aligns with the FIFA Training Centre's branding and messaging.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient editing workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding and attributes to be able to communicate effectively to the wider team, around new software, content development or resources that can benefit the role and the wider team.
  • Design and develop whiteboard animation on software such as Vyond and Powtoon videos.
  • Manage and deliver projects on time with high quality output.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven work experience as a video editor, preferably in a sports-related environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
  • Experience with Frame.IO video management tool is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of current trends in video editing, motion graphics, and colour correction.
  • Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Football or relevant field preferred.
  • Football related qualification is an advantage; UEFA C or B License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing or a related role.
  • Football coaching or analysis experience is beneficial.
  • Experience of converting footage (Football footage) into 9:16 ratio.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work creatively whilst maintaining branding guidelines and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
  • Passion for sports, ability to adapt to changing requirements, teamwork, strong work ethic.
