We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to join our team who specializes in video production! You will be responsible for overseeing and creating content for companies in the real estate and construction space, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. This is a small business and not an agency so you will have to be a self-starter and not rely on hiding behind a large marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness in a way that drives revenue
Develop strategies to maximize return on investment
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Review and optimize marketing budget on social platforms
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
Experience with the creative suite or similar
Strong project management skills
Camera and audio skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
