This position will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and implementing our global marketing strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be key in creating and shaping business decisions, company strategy, influencing the board as well as owning strategic outcomes. Your work will contribute in a meaningful way to Ordr’s revenue and forward-thinking business strategy that aligns with consumer security needs.


This role will have a strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and will share a passion for Ordr’s value proposition. The successful candidate must have the ability to motivate people and engage in optimal talent management practices resulting in a highly effective team capable of exceeding business goals in an environment that supports Ordr’s cultural values.


Job Description and Responsibilities:


·     Assess market and customer needs resulting in the implementation of a data-driven/clear marketing strategy that encompasses all marketing segments and drives growth.

·     Oversee the development of world-class lead generation, content marketing, product marketing and corporate marketing functions aligned with strategy.

·     Work closely with Product and Sales but take responsibility for Ordr messaging, including what it is and how it gets delivered.

·     Deliver excellent and on-going sales enablement content and tools, leveraging Ordr engineering, product and sales resources where necessary.

·     Create sales enablement tools to work with partners and VARs worldwide to enable them to achieve the revenue goals we’ve set.

·     Selection of marketing agency partners and managing their activities.

·     Building partner marketing campaigns to work with and support our partners as part of a global ecosystem.

·     Design and execute awareness building and lead generation campaigns to support revenue and marketing goals.

·     Understand, represent, and help share the Ordr story outside the company, acting as an evangelist, speaker and panel member.

·     Conduct competitive analysis on key audience sentiments to define and optimize our go-to-market strategy for reaching new customers including naming and position for products.

·     Implement systems and processes to measure the impact of marketing on the growth of the business.


Skills and Experience:

·     15+ years of professional work experience (preferably in Security), including at least 7 years in an executive role.

·     Experience operating at board level within a similar type of organization.

·     Experience scaling and building high-performance, world-class marketing organizations.

·     Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Extensive and creative experience with all aspects of marketing, awareness and lead gen initiatives.

·     Analytical ability with experience forecasting and managing budgets.

·     Experience turning quantitative and qualitative data insights into actionable marketing recommendations.

·     Experience managing multi-level teams and a proven history of working well cross0functionally.

·     Strong customer insight and strong understanding of target audiences.

·     Proven success in executing high-impact plans that move business metrics.

·     Ability to drive results through excellent communication skills and streamlined decision making.

·     Bachelors of Science degree, MBA ideal.


Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus opportunity. Salary Range: $240,000 - $280,000.
